Betty Wiley

"I use Singh-Ray filters because they enable me to capture the spectacular 'Cape Light' just as I see it - with precisely accurate color, combined with maximum image quality."

Betty Wiley is an award-winning free-lance photographer who resides on Cape Cod in the small town of Yarmouth Port.

Originally from Las Vegas, Nevada, Betty and her husband moved to Massachusetts in the early 1980’s. She is a frequent contributor to various local magazines, including Cape Cod magazine, Chatham magazine, Cape Cod Guide as well as South Shore Living and has numerous covers to her credit.

Betty believes that good light is key to a successful image and she often heads out in the morning before sunrise or in the evening, as she explores the riches of the Cape with her camera.

When storms move through the area, she grabs her gear to capture the dramatic clouds and light as the skies begin to clear.

Betty conducts numerous photography workshops on the Cape and teaches processing workshops on the South Shore.
