At the left is the product description; there may also be a place to indicate options such as color or density. Next to the price is the box you click if you want to order the product. Once you have indicated your selection, click the "Add to Cart" button at the bottom right of the order box to add all your selections to your shopping cart at once. (To select two different types of an item, simply indicate the first item, add it to your cart, then use the "Continue Shopping" option to return and add the second variation.)
Adding an item will take you to your "shopping cart" screen (as will clicking the "View Shopping Cart" button). The shopping cart screen looks like this:
This shopping cart structure allows you to browse our site, select the item(s) that interest you, change quantities selected, or remove items from the cart. When you're satisfied with the items in your "cart", simply click the "Check Out Now" button.
At this point you will be asked if you are a Florida resident (for sales tax purposes). Simply click the appropriate response. Next, you will be asked how you wish to place your order. We currently offer four options:
Order by Credit Card Online -- an easy, fast and secure way to get your Singh-Ray Filters shipped directly to your door.
Order by Credit Card using FAX -- allows you to print a completed order form, add payment information by hand, and then fax to Singh-Ray.
Order by Check through Postal Mail -- generates a completed order form that you can mail to Singh-Ray with your check or money order payment.
Order by Credit Card through Postal Mail -- generates a completed order form that you can mail to Singh-Ray with your credit card payment information added by hand.
Secure Server
Once you've selected your payment option, you'll see a notification that you are about to load a secure server page (if your browser does not support secure pages, you might want to consider ordering by telephone). Up until this point, you've added products to your shopping cart using servers that are not secure since none of the information you've passed to us is sensitive. Loading this secure page will bring up your final order form, which will show the items you've selected, sales tax (if any), shipping, and order total. There's also space to indicate any special instructions, and to enter your sensitive information via secure server, such as payment information and billing address.
Shipping Address
If you need to ship to an address different from the address that appears on your credit card statement, indicate this in the "Special Instructions" box. Once you've entered and verified all the appropriate information, simply click on the "Submit Order" button at the bottom of the screen...that's it!
E-mail confirmation
Within just a few minutes, you'll receive an automated order confirmation by e-mail (if you've given us a valid e-mail address) that carries your order number, and your order will be processed as quickly as possible.
Please note that if alternative shipping options are indicated, those charges will be added to your order. (For more information on shipping charges, click here.) Prices and product specifications are subject to change without notice, however we will confirm any price disparity prior to processing your payment. All charges and prices are in US dollars. Charge card exchange rate to be determined by processing bank. Checks should be payable in US funds. We reserve the right to delay shipment until payment is cleared and/or verified. We reserve the right to verify payment information and shipping address.
A word about security
This method of online ordering offers a high level of security for your credit card transaction, provided your browser supports secure transmissions. (Current versions of Netscape or Explorer, for example.) While mail, phone, fax, and electronic commerce are all statistically secure, please use good judgment when sending payment information to us in any form. Singh-Ray Corporation assumes no responsibility for direct or incidental losses resulting from compromised transmission of charge card information. We reserve the right to verify cardholder information and shipping instructions on any order.
